This website collects the minimum information needed to arrange your appointment, treats anything health-related as confidential, and never sells or shares your data for marketing.

What we collect through the appointment form

When you request an appointment we collect your name, mobile number, preferred clinic, preferred date and time, and, only if you choose to provide them, a reason for visit and uploaded reports. This information is emailed directly to the clinic inbox so the team can confirm your appointment. It is not stored in this website's database, not saved in your browser's storage, and never included in analytics.

WhatsApp and phone

If you contact the clinic on WhatsApp or by phone, that conversation happens on those services under their own privacy policies. The WhatsApp buttons on this site only open WhatsApp with a suggested message. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity) load only after you accept the cookie banner. They help us understand which pages patients find useful. We configure analytics to collect no medical details: button clicks and page views are measured; symptoms, reasons for visit and uploaded files never reach any analytics service. You can decline the banner and the site works fully without analytics.

Who can see your information

Appointment details are read by the clinic team that schedules appointments for Dr. Muhammad Ali Khan, Consultant Cardiologist, Abbottabad, and by Dr. Muhammad Ali Khan where clinically relevant. Uploaded reports are viewed for the purpose of your consultation only.

Your choices

• You may book by phone or WhatsApp instead of the form.
• The reason-for-visit field and report upload are optional.
• You may decline analytics cookies entirely.
• You may ask the clinic to delete an emailed appointment request at any time.
